Emil Rockov, the captain and goalkeeper of Vojvodina, for the second time in a row, was named the best player of the Old Lady in the season, based on fans’ vote on the website fkvojvodina.com.

He received this flattering award from fans last season too, and this season, despite the generally poor performance and results of the team, once again he confirmed that he is rightly considered as one of the best goalkeepers in our country. After Rockov, the most points in the vote were given Nigerian Eze Vincent, and then Damjan Gojkov.

The choice for the best player of Vojvodina on the website fkvojvodina.com has been done since 2005, and Emil Rockov became only the third player ever who was pronounced best more than once, since so far this has also been accomplished twice by Joseph Kizito and even three times by Aboubakar Oumarou.
