The first opportunity of the match was seen in the ninth minute, and it was missed by Zemun footballers. On the other hand, Voša had a chance seven minutes later, when Gojkov was well-played by Stojković in the guest’s penalty box. He tried to score from around five meters distance, but Zemun’s goalkeeper ran into the shot and prevented the goal.

After that, the match entered the period without any significant chances, so that in 45th minute Vojvodina had a new good opportunity. After a nice action, Stojkovic played a  pass from a goalie line to the front of the goal, where Vincent made the shot, but the ball went across the goal. The new chance was seen in the 51st minute, when Lazarevic made a well played pass to Gojkov, who made shot from around seven-eight meters asquint, but Milosevic defended.

Already in the next attack, Zemun was able to score, as Vukadinovic was in the lead and shot with about eight meters distance, but Rockov ran out and stopped that attempt. In the 56th minute, the red and whites were in opportunity again, even two times: firstly after the break-in and the center kick from the left by Milojevic, when Bjedov’s shot from only three meters away was defended by Milosevic, and then the goalkeeper of the guests, in a similar situation, stopped the shot by Stojkovic.

In the 79th minute, a penalty for Vojvodina was called. In a crowd in the penalty area of Zemun, the referee Zoran Siroki estimated, after a brief thinking, that one of the away players touched the ball with his hand and called a penalty for Vojvodina, but goalkeeper Milosevic defended Arsic’s shot and he even managed to catch the ball.

Until the end of the match, both teams played offensive and tried to score the goal that would bring them victory, but the nets remained untouched, so the game ended with a draw.
