Vojvodina Football Club achieves great results in the Super League of Serbia this season and is currently ranked second in the table. However, apart from the result, the Old Lady is in another parameter among the leading teams in Serbia this season, and that is the attendance at the matches.

As a matter of fact, according to official data, Voša was watched by a total of 37,200 spectators this season, which is an average of 3,381 spectators per match. If only the matches in which Vojvodina was the host are counted, then the attendance at its matches is even better, as Voša could count on the support of 4,583 fans in each match, including the first round match against Mačva, which the red and whites played in Bačka Palanka due to the renovation of the pitch at Karađorđe.

It is obvious that the fans and supporters of Vojvodina recognized the new energy and aspiration of the club management to make the “old lady” a club again for respect not only in domestic but also in European frames, and of course, that was certainly contributed by the games and the results of the red -whites, who, under the guidance of coach Nenad Lalatovic, play very openly, offensively and in victory, in every match, displaying great sacrifice and fighting from the first to the last minute.

FK Vojvodina’s president Vojislav Gajić once again thanked the fans for their phenomenal support during this season.

– I am delighted that the good results and everything we do every day at Vojvodina Football Club are recognized by our fans and that they are present at the games of their club in large numbers this season. This is an indication that great unity has emerged between the Management, the players and the fans, and when it is like that, I am convinced that there is no goal that we cannot achieve. On this occasion, I invite our fans to come in large number to the next match against Čukarički, which is our direct rival in the fight for placement on the European stage, and I am sure that our players will be able to show how much they value their support with their dedication and fight – said Gajić.
