Vojvodina was defeated today against Rubin Kazan by 3-0 (1-0) in a friendly match played in Belek.

In front of about 100 spectators at Bellis Sport Center, the scorers for Rubin were Danchenko in 44th, Jevtić in 58th and Starfelt in 87th minute.

From the very beginning of the match, a pretty equal and fighting game was seen, but the right chances were awaited until the end of the first half. In the 44th minute, first Mrkaić took a shot from around 10 meters distance, Ivan Konovalov defended, but then Vukadinović ran onto the ball and fired, but after his shot, the ball went a few inches past the post.

On the other side, practically in the next attack, Rubin came into the lead. From about 18 meters distance, Danchenko took a shot and managed to overcome Rockov.

In the 58th minute, it was already 2-0 for the Russian team. Ignatiev played a perfect pass in the empty space towards Jevtić, who ran in front of Rockov alone and routinely rised the score.

Vojvodina could have reduced the score in the 76th minute when Vukadinović made a good run and centered from the right, and Stojković took a shot from the edge of the penalty area, but the ball went past the post. On the other side, in the 87th minute, Rubin came up with a third goal.

After a corner kick, Starfelt made a good jump in front of Vojvodina’s goal and hit the ball with his head, and the ball, after bouncing between the legs of several players for two or three times, eventually ended up in the net of red and whites, thus setting the final result of the game.
