Today, the goalkeeper of Vojvodina, 32-year-old Goran Vukliš, extended his contract with the club until June 2022. He became a member of Vojvodina last summer, but he spent the previous season on loan in Kabel, whom he helped to achieve good results in the First League of Serbia with great saves.

Goran Vukliš was born on September 24, 1987 in Banja Luka and has dual citizenship of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He started his senior career in Radnički from Nova Pazova, and then he played for Laktaši, Leotar, BSK (Banja Luka), Rudar (Pljevlja), OFK Grbalj, OFK Petrovac, Borac (Banja Luka), OFK Beograd, Novi Pazar, Sloboda (Tuzla) and Kabel.

In the next season, he will certainly be a part of the first team of Vojvodina, in which he took the jersey with the number 13 on his back.

– I am very happy to have become a member of the team. I signed a contract with the club last summer, but it was worth the wait. As we all know, Emil is gone and it’s up to me now to prove myself. Simić is also there and we will have healthy competition, which is the most important thing, and I will certainly try and fight for a place in the team. Expectations from next season are such that the trophy will be taken again. Vojvodina is a great club, in which the trophy is always one of the primary goals – said Vukliš.
