After a draw against Macva, Vojvodina’a Manager’s duty completer Radovan Krivokapic said that red and whites lost two points in that match.
Vojvodina and Macva today played draw 1:1 (1:0), in the 19th round of the Super League of Serbia.
– My first impression is that we had three points in the pocket and that’s why we lost two, not won one. From the first minute we played aggressively, attacking, and we wanted to score as soon as we could, because we knew that as time goes by, it will be harder and harder on this kind of pitch and against such an opponent. Somehow, everything went our way, and in the second half we had a period when we played even more offensive and we could seal the match. However, this did not happen and then, as it usually happens, we conceded a goal. However, we should not forget that Macva also had two or three hundred-odd chances from the counterattack, so they could also seal the match in their favor. It’s very difficult when you already have a win, but in the end you actually don’t have it, but it’s up to us to raise our heads and turn to the next game. I have the task to raise players mentally, because in four days there is a new match. The guys have gave their best, Krivokapic said.
In the next round, Vojvodina will play against OFK Bačka in Backa Palanka, and that match will be played on Sunday, starting at 5 pm.
