In the 26th round of the Mozzart Bet Super League of Serbia, Vojvodina welcomes its direct rival in the fight for placement in Europe, Čukaricki, and coach Radoslav Batak invited the fans to come to the Karađorđe stadium in as many numbers as possible.
The Old Lady has a difficult task ahead of her, a rival she has not beaten in the last five duels between them, therefore the support from the stands can be extremely important.
Also, FK Vojvodina has prepared a nice surprise for all loyal fans – everyone who buys a ticket for the western stand of Karađorđe for Saturday’s duel with Čukarički, upon entering the stands, will also receive a gift ticket for the derby with Partizan in the 28th round of the Mozzart Bet Super League of Serbia.
– We are expecting a very important match in which Vojvodina has countless motives. One of them is that in the last five games, Vojvodina did not celebrate a victory against Čukarički. That’s why I want to invite all the fans to support us in as many numbers as possible, because tomorrow the fan group The Firm celebrates 34 years since its foundation. I also invite all our fellow citizens and friends to come and give us the wind at our backs so that we can achieve victory together – said Batak.
Coach of Voša believes that Čukarički is one of the series of games of the season, in the continuation of the fight for Europe.
– And the last game against Voždovac was the game of the season for us, so tomorrow’s will be like that, as well as every next one in terms of its importance and its character. We can promise that we will not give up at any moment, that we will fight and that we will do our best to achieve victory – said Batak.
He is aware of how difficult and unpleasant a rival awaits his team, but he believes that the fact that the Old Lady does not have a victory against teams from the top of the table is also the motive.
– The very fact that Vojvodina has not beaten Čukarički in the last five games speaks volumes about the quality of our rival. The emphasis is on us and from the first day I tell my players that they have quality and that they have to show it on the field. That’s why I want us to pay more attention to the stories about us. The fact that we don’t have a single victory against rivals from the top of the table should be a positive pressure, incentive and motivation for one athlete. We don’t need a bigger motive than that, and that positive pressure should simmer until right before the start of the game, and then only with a strong heart and a cool head can we change everything in the final outcome. I try to work with the players on motivation every day, through conversations and by conveying my experiences that have helped me throughout my career – said Batak.

The box office will be open on match day, one hour before the kick-off.
Entrance to the east side will be free for all those who come wearing the FK Vojvodina logo (jersey, t-shirt, scarf), while entry for women will be free to all stands.
