It was wonderful last night in front of the Bishop’s Palace in the center of Novi Sad, where numerous Vojvodina fans came to greet Voša’s players and support them before the start of the new season.

With Voša’s songs and many children in red and white Old Lady jerseys, all present enthusiastically greeted the players and members of Vojvodina’s coaching staff, who came all the way to the monument of Uncle Jova Zmaj with the new club bus.

While waiting for the arrival of the players, the attendees took the opportunity to take pictures with the winning trophies from FK Vojvodina’s showcases: two championship trophies from 1966 and 1989, two Serbian Cup winners’ trophies from 2014 and 2020 and the Central European Cup winner’s trophy from 1977. The entire event attracted the attention of numerous passers-by who were walking in the center of Novi Sad at that moment, among whom was a significant number of foreign tourists and guests.

Of course, many more photos were taken when the players finally got off the bus, and in addition to talking and taking photos with their fans, Voša’s players, just like the club’s promoters, gave them tickets for the upcoming game against Napredek. Everyone who bought a ticket automatically gained the right to participate in the prize draw in which the prizes are four FK Vojvodina jerseys, and the winners will be announced at halftime of the match against Napredek, so everyone is once again urged to keep their tickets even after entering the stadium.

As they were welcomed, the players of Vojvodina were sent off with a song from last night’s event, and the center of Novi Sad echoed “There is one city in Europe…”, as a great announcement of the support that the Old Lady expects at the premiere of the new season, on Sunday at 8 p.m. against Napredak at Karađorđe.
