Voša attacked, but won 1 point in the derby against the Red Star

The players of Vojvodina FC and Red Star drew with the result 0:0 in the derby of the 32^nd round of Mozzart Bet Superleague of Serbia.

The teams performed in the following lineups:

Vojvodina FC: Carević, Lazarević, Crnomarković, Korać, Giorbelidze, Matheus Indio, Zukić, Radulović (from the 70^th minute Campbell), Savićević (from the 80^th Vukanović), Sery, Ivanović (from the 85^th Jovanović).

Red Star: Glazer, Mimović, Spajić, Dragović, Mijailović, Stamenić (from the 61^st Šljivić), Hwang, Olayinka (from the 89^th Ndjaye), Katai (from the 61^st Kanga), Ivanić (from the 61^st Bukari), Sremčević (from the 46^th Krasso).

The guests were the first to arrive to the first chance, in 11^th minute, Olayinka headkicked over the goal, and only a minute later Hwang shot, but not dangerously enough for Carević.

Voša fought back, the first to threaten was Ivanović who in the 12^th minute tried to surprise Glazer on the right side, and the goalkeeper of the Red Star sent the ball to the corner. After that, Savićević tried another shot from the distance, and sent the ball over the bar.

In the 26^th minute, Matheus Indio shot from some 25 meters, the ball ended next to the goal post, and Sery was then closest to the goal eight minutes later. Sery passed on the left side, and then shot to the first angle, and shot the goal post.

Voša was more concrete in the first half, and played mostly on the side of the opponent, but there were no goals until the end.

Voša had their first chance in the continuation of the match in the 48^th minute, when Zukić found Savićević on the second goal post, but he didn’t receive the ball well.

A minute later, Red Star shot for the first time within the frame of the goal, Olayinka passed to Katai, who fooled Korać, and then shot from the left angle, but Carević intervened excellently.

In the 51^st minute Voša pressured well, Zukić tried a dangerous center shot through the penalty area, but none of his co-players managed to reach the ball.

In the 59^th minute, Voša performed their most beautiful action that started on the right side, and then Sery continued, after a double pass with Giorbelidze, he went alone to face Glazer, who excellently stopped his shot from the penalty area.

In the 67^th minute, Voša had a great chance, and this time Savićević was in the hopeful position after a double pass with Radulović, but Dragović excellently intervened and blocked his shot. Only a minute later, again the same actors, Radulović missed a clear shot, after a pass by Savićević he went alone to face Glazer, who once again triumphed.

In the finish, Božidar Bandović decided to additional refresh the attack, so Campbell and Vukanović replaced Radulović and Savićević.

In the finish, the Red Star threatened after a corner, Dragović missed a ball from the penalty area, and Šljivić received the rejected ball, but not well enough, so the result remained unchanged.

In the added time, Zvezda was the closest to the goal, since Hwang after a solo breakthrough from 18 meters and shot the very angle, but Carević saved the net with a parade, which was at the same time the last chance at the match.
