The Commission for Licensing of Clubs of the Football Association of Serbia, ie the first instance body in the licensing procedure, at the session held on April 20, 2021, composed of Aleksandar Prekodravac Vice President, as well as members Igor Radmanović and Dragoslav Pivić, considered evidence of fulfillment of criteria for clubs applied for the licensing procedure for competitions organized by UEFA and for competition in the Super League for the season 2021/2022.

Evidence related to all criteria was considered: sports, infrastructure, personnel-administrative, legal as well as financial. The evidence was considered on the basis of expert reports for each of the above criteria. The Commission noted that nine applications had been received, as well as documentation related to the fulfillment of criteria by clubs within the licensing procedure for competitions organized by UEFA, ie twenty-six applications and documentation related to fulfillment of criteria by clubs within the licensing procedure for competitions in Super League.

Inspecting the submitted documentation, the Commission unanimously decided to issue a license for competitions organized by UEFA FK Vojvodina, FC Red Star, FK Partizan, FK Čukarički Ltd., and FK Voždovac, which are fully meet all five criteria set out in the provisions of the Licensing Regulations. This license implies that the aforementioned clubs have the right to play in competitions organized by UEFA, as well as in the Super League in the 2021/2022 season, depending on the achieved sports result. The license for competition in the Super League for the 2021/2022 season was given to FK Spartak Ždrepčeva krv, FK Radnički, FK Proleter, FK Mladost, FK Napredak, FK Radnik, FK TSC., FK Javor-Matis, FK Metalac, OFK Bačka and FK Radnički 1923.

The procedure of licensing women’s clubs for competitions organized by UEFA, ie the Champions League for women, was also carried out. The commission decided to issue a license to ŽFK Spartak from Subotica.

Other clubs, which failed to prove that they met the mandatory criteria, have the opportunity to prove it in the appeal procedure and thus get a license for the 2021/2022 season, both in competitions organized by UEFA and for competition in the Super League.
