The football club Vojvodina theoretically secured a place on the international scene next season.

After today’s defeat of TSC against Mladost in Lučani in the 33rd round of the Serbian Super League, Voša has 17 points more than the team from Bačka Topola with a game less, and considering that there are five rounds left until the end of the championship, there is no no more theoretical possibility for the red and whites to finish the season placed lower than the fourth place on the table, which is, after the elimination of Radnik from the Serbian Cup, the last place that leads to the European scene next season.

This means that next season, Vojvodina will play in the qualifications for the Conference League, a new UEFA competition, in which, apart from the Old Lady, two more teams from Serbia will perform. All Serbian teams will start in the qualifications for the Conference League from the second round, whose matches are scheduled for July 22 and 29, and the draw of the second round will be held on June 16 in Nyon. The teams that manage to pass through all four rounds of qualifications, will qualify for the group stage of this competition.

Earlier this week, Vojvodina got a license to participate in UEFA competitions next season.
