The special guests of FK Vojvodina at today’s game were players and members of the staff and management of the hockey club Vojvodina, who won the title of champion of Serbia with yesterday’s victory against Red Star. Before the start of the match, they walked the athletic track of the Karađorđe stadium, and the spectators greeted them with a warm applause.

The first half passed in the game without many chances, with a slightly higher possession of the ball by the players of Vojvodina. The only real opportunity was seen in the 25th minute, when, after a double pass by Đorđević and Veljko Simić, Matic sent a volley from about 12-13 meters diagonally, but the ball hit the crossbar of the visitors’ goal.

Nothing was different in the continuation of the match, until the 76th minute, when Vojvodina took the lead with a Euro goal by Maksimović. After a free kick for the Old Lady, one of Napredak’s players threw the ball out of the guests’ penalty area, which was enough just for Maksimović to send a great volley from about 23-24 meters diagonally, thus overcame the helpless goalkeeper Vasiljević.

Even after gaining the lead, Voša continued to attack and managed to keep the opponent away from her own goal, and she came to victory at the very end of the match. In the 94th minute, Novevski passed on the right side, and then practically from a “dead angle” from about three or four meters, he managed to defeat Vasiljević and thus set the final result of the match.
