The coach of Vojvodina FC, Božidar Bandović evaluated today’s match against Radnički 1923 as very feisty.
The players of the Old Lady drew against the team of Radnički 1923 with the result 0:0, and therefore continued their fight for the placement to Europe until the last round.
- I believe that the match had a high intensity, with a good transition. We went into the match well, in the first 20 minutes, we had a chance through Zukić, and then we had some problems until the end of the first half, especially on the flanks, with those second balls where we didn’t position ourselves well. In the second half we went in better, we had that chance through Vukanović. Later, there were some sparks, but it was all in the heat of the fight and the desire to win, because the game had a great importance for us. They had some good chances for the goal, we took 1 point and we are waiting for the last round. Both me and my colleague can be pleased with the intensity. We know each other well, there were no bigger surprises, and in the end the just share of points. I wish them all the best; we are now preparing for the finale of the Serbian Cup – Bandović said.
Vojvodina is now expecting the finale of the Serbian Cup against the Red Star on Tuesday from 8:15 pm at the Lagator stadium in Loznica.
