Vojvodina coach Radoslav Batak believes that his team will face a demanding match against Novi Pazar.

Vojvodina welcomes Novi Pazar on Tuesday in the last round of the regular season, and before the playoffs.

– Novi Pazar is a quality team, which is one step behind us, and which has tied two victories. However, we are only interested in three points in front of our fans and then calmly prepare for the playoffs. Novi Pazar is a well-selected and disciplined team. They play direct football, have a good transition and are very dangerous in that last third of the pitch, where they don’t complicate things much and quickly end their attacks with a shot towards the goal. However, in front of our fans, even though it is a working day, we expect support, because we have a demanding and important game ahead of us – said Batak.

He confirmed that due to suspensions, the team squad is not complete.

– Zukić and Traore have four yellow cards and we won’t be able to count on them. Topić has been playing with knee pain for a long time, so we will see today with the doctors how ready he is. Vitas is back in the team and we can count on him, Kabić is also training, but he needs another week or two to get ready for the intensity of the game. Everyone else is ready and motivated and knows what awaits us tomorrow. Every player is important and that’s how we lead the team since we came. We knew that there would be injuries and suspensions and that every player would be important – said Batak.

Vojvodina will play again against Novi Pazar at the start of the playoffs, but Batak points out that he is not thinking about that game, but only about tomorrow.

– We talked about that, each next one is the most important, even though in a few days we have a new duel with Novi Pazar again, the only question is in whose stadium. The most important thing for us is that we are ready, and we have a demanding series of matches behind us, from Niš, through Voždovac, Čukarički, Partizan and now in Bačka Topola, where we showed how much we have progressed. Tomorrow’s game is the most important for us, and then we will prepare for the next one. We are not thinking about whether we will travel to Novi Pazar at the start of the playoffs – said Batak.

Tickets for this match will be sold at prices of 400 (west) and 200 dinars (east). Tickets for the west will be sold at the main box office of the stadium (between the west and south stands), while tickets for the east will be sold at the east stand (next to the Ognjište restaurant). The box office will be open on match day, one hour before the kick-off.

Entrance to the east will be free for everyone who comes wearing FK Vojvodina’s logo (jersey, t-shirt, scarf, etc.).

The game Vojvodina – Novi Pazar is scheduled for Tuesday at 4 pm.
