It is already the fourth week since the state of emergency was declared in Serbia, and during that time, Vojvodina football players, like all other athletes in our country, train exclusively without physical contact with other people. This will certainly leave a mark on their physical fitness, but when it comes to Vojvodina Football Club, every effort has been made to provide the players with optimal training conditions.

This is also confirmed by the words of the young first team player of red and whites, 19-year-old Jovan Kokir.

– The club has organized itself very well in this state of emergency, since it has provided us with a plan of work for training. With our fitness trainer, we have joint online training sessions three times a week, and in addition, us players are constantly in touch with the coaching staff, as well as with each other. Apart from training, I spend the rest of my time at home with my family, by watching movies and series, playing cards etc. – Kokir says.

In addition to the work plan, the club also provided all players with a room bike so that they could maintain their fitness in that way too.

– Every detail is really taken care of, so every player got a room bike for training. This means a lot to us because now, even if a 24-hour movement ban gets declared, we will not be in trouble. Of course, we all hope that this situation will go away as soon as possible, and for this to happen, we need to stay at home and keep out of contact with people as much as possible – Kokir said.
