Today, Vojvodina will play the third friendly match during the preparations in Belek. At 1:30 PM Serbian time, the rival of the red and whites will be Mura from Murska Sobota, currently the third-placed team in the Slovenian First League.

Football club Mura was founded in 2012, by registering as its first team the U-18 team of the recently shut down club Mura 05. Last season, just like Vojvodina, Mura won the Cup of its country, but, unlike Vojvodina, that is the only trophy of this club in its history. This season, Mura participated in the qualifications for the Europa League, where, after the elimination of the teams Nome Kalju from Estonia and Aarhus from Denmark, it was eliminated by PSV Eindhoven in the third round. Mura plays at the Fazenarija stadium with a capacity of 3,782 seats and plays at home in black and white, and away in completely black equipment.

The Mura team is composed of mostly domestic players, with six football players from Croatia and one each from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Togo, as well as former U-20 international of Serbia Staniša Mandić, winner of the U-20 World Cup in New Zealand, who then decided to play for the national team of Montenegro. Before going abroad, he played for Čukarički in Serbia. Mura’s coach is 49-year-old Slovenian Ante Simundža, and the value of this team is estimated at 6.33 million euros.

As for the team of Vojvodina, the Manager of the red and whites, Nenad Lalatović, announced that he will provide an opportunity for two teams in this match, with one playing 60 and the other 30 minutes. The match will be broadcast live on Novi Sad Television, and the match can also be watched live on the Youtube channel of FK Vojvodina via the link:
