Petrović overthrew Novi Pazar for Voša’s third triumph in a row!

Players of Vojvodina FC won against the team of Novi Pazar at Karađorđe stadium with the result of 1:0 in the 26^th round of Mozzart Bet Super League of Serbia.

The only scorer for Voša was Njegoš Petrović in the 85^th minute.

The teams performed in the following lineups:

Vojvodina: Carević, Bjeković, Crnomarković, Korać, Đorđević, Petrović, Zukić (from the 78^th Campbell), Nikolić (from the 65^th Savićević), Ivanović (from the 65^th Jovanović), Sery (from the 90^th Milosavljević), Vukanović.

Novi Pazar: Mirković, Bojat, Fajed, Čermelj, Anan, Sise, Adešina, Momčilović (from the 88^th minute Islamović), Soumah (from the 65^th Petković), Srećković (from the 65^th Karaklajić), Obradović (from the 74^th Šćepović).

The guest team made their first serious threat, through Adešin who from the edge of the penalty box shot, but Carević was excellently positioned.

Vovodina had more difficulties reaching the danger zone in the first twenty minutes, but the home team then began to find space in the rival’s defence, and endanger the net of Mirković.

After a corner in the 25^th minute, Ivanović tried half-scissors, but the goalkeeper of Pazar pushed the ball into the corner. Then in the 28^th minute after a well-played combination from interruption, Nikolić shot over the goal from some 20 meters. Zukić also had a chance, but the caught the returning pass by Sery a bit weaker, so the ball ended next to the goal.

Marko Bjeković had a new chance and a dangerous shot, he positioned himself on the right side and strongly kicked the ball into the outer side of the net.

Novi Pazar was the closest to achieving a goal in the 37^th minute, when Obradović freed himself from Korać, and from a turn shot right into the well-positioned Carević, which was at the same time their last chance in the first half.

Voša started playing even more concretely in the beginning of the second half, and in the 50^th minute Zukić missed a 100% chance. Đorđević centered from the left flank, but he didn’t catch the ball well from the near distance.

In the second half, Novi Pazar had their first chance in the 62^nd minute when Adešina escaped by the right side, and then from an angle from 20 meters shot directly into Carević.

Voša had their new chance in the 65^th minute, after a corner on the left side, Vukanović caught a volley, Mirković was already overpowered, but Čermelj intervened in front of the goal. Five minutes later, Petrović also shot from the distance, but Mirković intervened. The goalkeeper of Novi Pazar was in the right spot when after a corner shot Korać headkicked the ball, and in the 73^rd minute he stopped an excellent attempt by Jovanović from the edge of the penalty area.

After several dangerous attacks by Vojvodina, in the 77^th minute Pazar started their counterattack, Adešina passed to Šćepanović who went alone in front of Carević and shot over the bar.

At the end of the 80^th minute, Savićević strongly kicked the ball from almost 25 meters, but Mirković was saved by the goal frame.

Voša finally broke the resistance of Pazar in the 85^th minute with a goal by Njegoš Petrović. The midfielder of Voša started his action, passed to Campbell on the right flank, who sent him a pass in the right moment in front of the net, and Petrović routinely shot into the further angle for 1:0!

Lazar Jovanović had the chance to seal the win in the 88^th minute when from the right side he attempted to shoot next to Mirković, who was once again excellent.

Until the end, there were no changes in the result, thus Vojvodina achieved their third consecutive triumph against their direct rival in the fight for Europe.
