An important European match will be played tomorrow night at the Karađorđe stadium in Novi Sad, where, as part of the third round of qualifications for the Conference League, the domestic Vojvodina and the Austrian LASK will meet. An extremely interesting match is expected, in which everyone present at the stadium and those who will watch the match via television will have the opportunity to enjoy.

Preparations for this match are already well underway. Moreover, the day before the match, it can practically be said that everything is ready for the match. The players of coach Slavoljub Đorđević were relieved of their obligations in the Serbian Super League last weekend, which helped them to refresh themselves and be more ready for the match against LASK. Tickets for the match are on sale from yesterday, and by the decision of FK Vojvodina, part of the income from the sale will be forwarded for humanitarian purposes, considering that 200 dinars from each ticket sold will be donated to help treat seven-month-old Boško Gugleta from Novi Sad, who is ill from spinal muscular atrophy and needs expensive treatment abroad.

Along with all that, in the previous days, work was in a hurry on the renovation of the Karađorđe stadium, so UEFA, to the great satisfaction of all Vojvodina fans, gave permission for the match against LASK to be played in Novi Sad after all. During today’s day, to the stadium were delivered the so-called “combs”, which will be placed at the entrances, which was one of the preconditions for Vojvodina to be a host at Karađorđe tomorrow, and not somewhere else.

Today, the president of FK Vojvodina Dragoljub Samardžić, the director of the stadium Dragomir Tanović, the secretary Aleksandar Vlaškalić, the manager of FC Vujadin Boškov Mladen Kukić and the safety commissioner of FK Vojvodina Tomislav Knežević also visited all relevant parts of the stadium and jointly stated that everything is ready for tomorrow’s match.
