Football club Vojvodina today extended the contracts of its players Uroš Nikolić and Lazar Carević.

Uroš Nikolić came to Vojvodina last summer as a free agent, and last season he scored eight goals and made three assists in 28 games. He extended the contract until June 2026.

Lazar Carević also came to Vojvodina last summer from Barcelona and this season he was standard in the Old Lady’s goal, defending in a total of 36 games. Like Uroš Nikolić, he also extended his contract until June 2026.

The first professional contract with Vojvodina for a period of two years was also signed today by the young goalkeeper from the Ilija Pantelić Youth Academy, Uroš Jakovljević, who will spend the next season on loan in Radnički from Sremska Mitrovica.

Also, the contracts with Vojvodina were signed today by the former first team players of the Old Lady Savo Pavićević and Bojan Neziri, who will work as assistant coaches in the first team of the red and whites in the future. Apart from them, Radoslav Batak will keep Milan Stepanov as an assistant in the next season, while Dušan Bajić and Nikola Kovačević will again be involved in the work of the Ilija Pantelić Youth Academy.

On the other hand, the conditioning coach Luka Miljević was transferred from the Youth Academy to the first team, and today he also signed a new contract with the club. In the upcoming season, together with the previous conditioning coach Aleksandar Jovančević, he will take care of the physical preparation of Voša’s first team players.
