A regular session of the Assembly of FK Vojvodina was held today in the ceremonial hall of FC Vujadin Boškov in Veternik. The session of the highest club body was attended by 49 out of a total of 55 members of the Assembly, with 40 of them present in person in the hall, while the remaining nine members were represented by a proxy with a proper power of attorney.

After the proposal of the Assembly member Dragan Veljkov to remove item 5 from the proposed Agenda, which concerns the report on the current financial situation of FK Vojvodina, was not accepted, ie after it was decided by a majority vote that the proposed Agenda be accepted without any changes, those who voted against the adoption of the proposed Agenda have left the session. It continued after a fifteen-minute break and with the presence of a total of 28 members of the highest club body, with 21 of them present in person in the hall, while the remaining seven members were represented by a proxy with a proper power of attorney.

After the report on the work was submitted by the President of FK Vojvodina Dragoljub Samardžić, the report on the current financial situation in the club was submitted by the General Manager Dušan Bajatović, who presented the most important data from the financial report for 2020 (published on the club’s website here), as well as in connection with borrowed funds to the club and donations of funds to the club by individuals and legal entities starting from January 1, 2021. By the decision of the present members of the Assembly, the report on the current financial situation in the club was unanimously adopted.

After the general director Dušan Bajatović, the report on the implementation of the development plan of the sports sector of FK Vojvodina was submitted by the sports director Ljubiša Dunđerski, while the report on the work of the Youth Academy Ilija Pantelić was submitted by the director of the Youth Academy of FK Vojvodina Duško Grujić.

The Assembly of FK Vojvodina also noted the resignation of the former member of the Board of Directors of the club Slobodan Milutinović, submitted in March this year, and also decided to implement the decision made at the session of the Assembly of the club held in 1941, when the then Assembly adopted a decision to St. George’s Day (May 6) is celebrated as the official baptismal feast of FK Vojvodina.
