Vojvodina coach Dragan Radojičić expects another difficult match in the fight for a place in Europe.

After the defeat from Voždovac, Vojvodina is facing Radnički Niš, another direct rival in the fight for the fourth place.

– A new difficult match in the playoffs awaits us. We could have won a lot in the last round, in the end we took a step back. We will now try to take a step forward. I hope that we will show our true face at that game in Niš, although I personally think that we will have a harder game than the one in Belgrade. However, if we want to reach the fourth place and Europe, then we must have greater concentration, motivation and to show our quality in every game, to hide our shortcomings, and to reveal our opponents’. What I hope for the most is that we finally stop making those fatal mistakes that cost us dearly. We have everything we need, to improve efficiency and to want that fourth place to the maximum, because that is the only way we will be able to achieve it. I also expect the reaction of my guys after the defeat and that they will be right – said Radojičić at the press conference.

He believes that the fight for the fourth place will be open until the last round, so every match is worth more than just three points, because all the teams are still in the game.

– The race for the fourth place will be uncertain until the end, three teams have two points more than us and an open race awaits us. Radnički, like everyone else, has a desire to be placed in Europe, and we will do everything to “snatch” that desire from them, and to bring us closer to that goal. I always go for the win and I only think about three points. We lost matches twice after we took the lead, which has never happened to me in my career, especially not at this level. That is why I insist on greater concentration, because it cost us to take at least one point when we lost after the turnaround. I believe that my guys are capable, they were very motivated in the last trainings. We have plan A and plan B, and even plan C, so we are ready for this match – concluded Radojičić, who will not be able to count on the suspended Busnić in this match.
